After signing of contract with the venue ,a Oliveaire Event Service Planner will be assigned to you as your Event Planner. During the planning meetings you will:

Create Timeline
Discuss Planning Checklist
Discuss Preferred Vendors
Assist and Define Event Details
Unlimited calls or emails to assist with Event Planning
Assist with Venue Information to plan flow of event
Email you a Vendor List
Monthly follow up from consultants to ensure on-time planning
Assist in Preparing Wedding Program
Assist with inventory list
Assist with Task Assignment list
Schedule an appointment for cake selection
Discuss event details and logistics
Present for review venues upgraded services
Assist during Rehearsal held at venues
Schedule Taste Testing with Preferred Caterer
Finalize menu for Event Food and Beverage
Prepare Vendor Load-In and Load-out schedule for vendors
Prepare details of the event for the Venue
Prepare catered menu details for the venues kitchen team and caterers service team
Assist with floor planning and Seating Diagrams
Facilitate Placecards, Programs, Menu Cards, Cake Knife & Server, Champagne glass, Favors, Gift Tables and other inventory items
In conjunction with the venue create and facilitate Banquet Event Order, Resume, Banquet Checks and other communication as required
Facilitate Procession and Bridal Party Entrance for Ceremony
Facilitate Bridal Party Entrance for Reception
Manage details on-site on the day of the event and serve as hub of communication for bridal party, vendor, caterers and guests
