• Using our technology platform, disperse RFP to venues that meet your criteria 
• Assimilate and streamline information received in response to the RFP 
• Present comparison report 
• Assist in scheduling site tours 
• Using our technology platform to view rate history of such venues, we can assist in negotiating room rates, comp concessions, meeting room rental, upgrades, staff accommodations etc. 
• Review and assist with venue’s sales and catering contract 
• Upon signing of the contract, step aside for the meeting professional to continue in planning the event program.
