Ethnic Catering Consulting Partnership

Multiple Outlets - January 2011
Oliveaire Artisan Events and Meetings has recently partnered with Doubletree Chicago North Shore to service the Indian and Pakistani market with their venue co-sourcing program. Oliveaire’s co-sourcing program is set as an extension of the Hotels catering department. They will be assisting in increasing market visibility, developing packages that can maximize revenue, and assist in selling and servicing the events.
Oliveaire’s Co-Sourcing program provides the Venues with an experienced team well versed in the nuances of South Asian culture and cuisine, promotes venue visibility within the South Asian community, provides a cultural resource for the venue, and facilitates quarterly educational forums for the venue staff. Most importantly Oliveaire provides a service partner to the hotel whereas all details of the event are communicated and then executed by the experienced team of planners creating a seamless and successful event for both the venue and the client.
Forrest Moody is the Owner & Managing Director for Oliveaire Artisan Events and Meetings. His vision is to provide all clients planning their special events an environment that is Stress-free and Worry-free. With 20 years of Hospitality experience with major brand hotels, he feels that this Co-Sourcing service is an integral ingredient for venues to forge a foothold in this most dynamic and fastest growing community that needs venues to host their event. Venues already taking advantage of this service like the fact that Oliveaire has already established recognition in the South Asian market thereby allowing them to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to these events.
